Upon return of the goods a refund will be issued for the original purchase price. Claim's made after 20 days of purchase date will not be accepted.
Returns & Exchanges:
Customers that have incorrectly ordered a product can request a refund or exchange, conditions of return are products must not be opened or tampered with in any way and return postage is at customers expense. Aussie Spices Online reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee at their discretion.
All monetary refunds will be processed in the same way as the original purchase, unless agreed upon by both customer and Aussie Spices Online to used alternate payment method being Credit Card, Pay Pal or Direct Deposit.
