Shipping Policy:

Aussie Spices constantly checks for incoming orders. These orders will be shipped the same day, (providing Funds have been received). Orders received after 12.00pm will be shipped the next day.

Return Policy:

Aussie Spices will accept returned unopened items. Full credit less handling costs will be issued for products if returned within 7 days after receipt by customer. A 15% restocking charge will apply.

Due to liability exposure, items are not returnable unless the product is below generally accepted standards when received. Aussie Spices will issue a credit in that case and may request the disposal of that item.

Cancellation Policy:

Aussie Spices will accept an order cancellation as long as the order has not been shipped. After an order has been shipped the return policy would take effect.
