This Weeks Feature Lemon Pepper Seasoning

Crusted Lamb

Method:
Rack of lamb or lamb chops.

Mix enough seasoning to cover your choice of meat.
Ratio of 1/4 cup bread crumbs to 1 tablespoon of Lemon Pepper Seasoning.

For a rack of lamb, brush on oil then coat with the breadcrumb mix. Bake or if using a BBQ cook on indirect method.
Baste with oil half way through cooking.

For lamb Chops. Dip the chops into beaten egg and coat all over with the breadcrumb mix.

Bake Grill or Fry

Lemon Pepper seasoning can also be used as a seasoning for fish or vegetables
